  • Rent Collection 7 – 12% incl. VAT*
  • Full Management 11 – 15% incl. VAT*

Please note exact fees will depend on basis of our instruction, Landlord portfolio size and any historical relationship with Woodbury Homes.

SUMMARY OF CHARGES PAYABLE BY THE LANDLORD, INCLUSIVE OF VAT

  • Drawing up tenancy agreement £144
  • Using Landlord or Solicitors agreement or amending our own £60
  • Registering deposit with relevant scheme £60
  • Renewals/extensions £144
  • Inspection visit of property in a void/ extra visits £30
  • Serving notices £72
  • Retaining tax for overseas Landlords £72
  • Negotiating deposit disputes if property not fully managed £72

Nb. The Landlord is liable for the cost of Inventory make and check-in at the start of the tenancy, and for any pre-tenancy cleaning that may have been agreed. These costs will depend on the size and style of property.

The Landlord is also liable for the cost of the inventory check-out at the end of the tenancy, but the end of tenancy cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility.
